A VERY SPORTY NEW YEAR IN PROSPECT FOR MALVERN ST JAMES

A very sporty New Year is guaranteed for Malvern St James School with two more accolades being announced, to add to their already impressive collection.

An amazing 37 girls were selected for either England or Worcestershire County teams last term and just a few weeks later, another two have joined them. In addition Jessica Wright and Daniella Allard have been selected again, boosting still further the School's sporting reputation.

Headmistress Mrs Rosalind Hayes, has herself been appinted Co-Chairman of the GSA/HMC Sports' Committee last month. The function of this committee is to promote sport in Independent schools, keep PE staff informed of current sports-related issues and provide relevant professional development for teaching staff.

All in all a wonderful start to a New Year, which will see the completion of the School's £4.5 million sports hall.
