COMING SOON, BY POPULAR REQUEST, JUNIOR DEPARTMENT EXPANSION FOR MALVERN ST JAMES IN SEPTEMBER 2008.

It’s the time of year that small children enjoy most, so what better time to announce good news for little girls and their parents in the three counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.
Malvern St James, one of the UK’s top independent schools, will welcome girls from five to seven years (Key Stage One) in September 2008, in response to popular demand.
Headmistress of the School, Rosalind Hayes said: “ Malvern St James’ Junior Department has gone from strength to strength, and we are responding to parents’ requests for a Key Stage One class. We are committed to all-girls’ education and are always keen to work with our parents to offer a balanced and stimulating education from the outset. “
“Not only can an integral Junior Department offer girls the chance to progress naturally into the main school, but being both a day and a boarding school, we can offer options on afternoon arrangements and flexible boarding from seven, which really helps working mothers.”
Malvern St James was listed in both the Times and the Financial Times top 100 for results this year, and boasts 82.3% grades A/B at A level. There is a 55:45 balance between boarding and day girls.
The Good Schools Guide 2008 describes Malvern St James as: “A lively creative place to be, with impressive academic results”.
